1. How long is normal cleaning?
Home under 1,500sq ft should be approximately 2 hours
Home that is 2,000 - 2,700 sq ft should be approximately 3 hours
2. Is there a minimum time for cleaning?
Yes, two hours. If we are done early, we will help with more detailed cleaning, as directed, or with other chores such as bed making, laundry, trash removal, etc.
3. What if I don't get along with the person you send?
We respect that choices are personal and you need to trust the person we send. All employees are background and reference checked. We are happy to change assigned personnel to meet your comfort level.
4. What if I am not happy with their work
We appreciate your feedback and are committed to improving our service. We’ll ensure the original cleaner returns to readdress any areas or sections that need attention.
5. Do you service AirBnB's?
Yes, the package would be Deep Cleaning.
